Bayern Munich board have just confirmed that interim manager Hansi Flick will be in charge of the club till the end of the 2019/20 season as Bayern will no longer search for replacement for the rest of the season.
Hansi Flick took Bayern Munich to a hundred percent run in the UEFA Champions League, winning all matches in the group stage.
Although not smooth in the Bundesliga, Hansi Flick have a lot of work to do if he is to compete for the Bundesliga title this season as the Bavarians face a lot of competition from RB Leipzig, Borussia Dortmund and Borussia Moenchen Gladbach.
The club’s hierarchy has given their trust to Hansi Flick to pilot the affairs of the club the till the end of the current season. Flick’s chances of survival looks great as he can boost of players like Robert Lewandowski, Phillipe Coutinho and Serge Gnabry. He could get more re-enforcement if Leroy Sane agree to join Bayern in January.
Bayern Munich defeated Wolfsburg on Saturday in their last Bundesliga home game of the year.
