Long lost and forgotten Nigerian attacker, Kelechi Iheanacho scored in stoppage time to secure three points for Leicester City against visiting side Everton.
After coming on as a substitute, Iheanacho found his way to a suitable position as he curated a well cutout pass to Jamie Vardy, who did not hesitate to tap in for Leicester City opener after Everton had taken the lead in the first half through Richarlison.
Iheanacho once again found his way to a good position and with a well constructed attack by the foxes, Ricardo Pereira quickly located Iheanacho who threw the goal keeper out of balance to secure all three points for Leicester City.
Kelechi Iheanacho has been denied first team football for far too long as Rodgers prefered former Newcastle United man Ayoze Perez who was brought in during the previous transfer window.
Kelechi Iheanacho’s goal has put Marco Silva stay at Everton in doubt after poor strings of result in recent matches, putting the Blue side of Merseyside far away from the rest of the average teams.
